Join Alex from AJ After Baby Fit for a 30 minute stroller workout in The Yard at Bayshore (green space in the middle of the mall) Little Sprouts will be there crafting with the kids and all participants will receive a $15 Athleta gift card. Little ones can join, sit in their stroller, or craft while you exercise. This workout is so amazing and mingling with the moms after makes it a great experience!
