✨While this particular class is for postpartum women (not appropriate for women currently pregnant), Pilates is for any season of life. Pilates is a low impact exercise method that strengthens and stabilizes the entire body while improving your flexibility and mobility. If chosen to do during pregnancy, it has the benefits of strengthening your pelvic floor, reducing back pain, and improving your balance, just to name a few benefits.

✨If you’re unable to make this class, Honor Pilates is available for private and semi private sessions and is located in The Lift Pilates Studio in Fox Point.
